Description

Life is often unpredictable, complex, and challenging, even more so when you’re carrying your past hurts, present struggles, and your dreams for the future. Work, family, and relationships with others can be pushed to the forefront of your mind, but what about your needs? Holding space for yourself may not feel like the right way to prioritize your life, but I can assure you it is an important place to start.

Therapy can be safe space where you get to unpack, and focus on your needs, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It can also be a place where you can explore and gain insight to your own identity, thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how they impact your life and relationships. We all have seasons where extra support is necessary to find more balance, grow, and pursue healing of past traumas.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families coping with issues related to neurodiversity with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder, racial trauma, boundaries, family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, and challenges in communication. I practice from an attachment-based perspective, utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and an experiential systemic approach. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), although I do tailor my therapeutic approach to fit client need. Allow me to join you in creating a space for your healing and liberation in the context of interpersonal and familial relationships. I believe meeting you right where you are with empathy and authenticity can be a true catalyst for change and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey!
