I am committed to supporting women and families by providing direct support, building communities, offering training and consultation to therapists, perinatal providers and medical professionals. My practice is designed to be a neutral safe space. I aim to be there for you every step of your journey, exploring your beliefs, feelings, or behaviors and help you find your voice. My desire is for you to grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and inspire change or improve the quality of your life.
I rely on elements of CBT and mindfulness, and counsel from a person-centered and strength-based perspective. When working with families, I use the family systems-based approach. I also work eclectically to suit the needs of each individual by exploring the past, creating peace in the present, and maintaining consistency for the future.
