Description
One of the greatest gifts of life is progressive change. The goal of therapy is to help identify areas of strengths and to build on what is working as opposed to what is broken. My role as a therapist is to help my clients tap into those transferable strengths and skills and find ways to develop those assets in other areas of their lives. Positive, progressive change is the invariable goal in the counseling process, and I am excited to work with my clients to help them achieve sustainable change.
