I believe a full integration of mind, body, and soul is our birthright. As a therapist, I bring a heart-centered, nurturing, and intuitive approach to therapy and believe the relationship between client and therapist is where the healing blooms. Honoring the connection between soul, self, and the systemic structures in our lives, I am deeply passionate about supporting those with intersectional identities.
Uncovering the depths of your being and living in your truth comes with confronting wounds, developing loving boundaries, and trusting yourself to the fullest. Such a life is just within your grasp. In my work as a therapist, I join you on this journey, walking with you side-by-side as we uncover your most empowered and balanced sense of self. Much of my foundational clinical training came from my work at a trauma recovery center where I implemented a therapeutic group for Black survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Trained in the treatment of PTSD and sexual trauma, I may explore intergenerational wounds that are causing you pain as well as the effects trauma can have on an entire family system.
Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. I invite you to give me a call for a free 15 minute consultation to learn more about my approach. I look forward to connecting!
I am currently working toward licensure under the employment and supervision of licensed therapist Jennifer Walters, MFT.
