Hi! My name is Juanita Davis and I’m the founder of Living Well Integrative Counseling, LLC. I’m passionate about working with women experiencing major life transitions because I know all too well how these changes can make you feel overwhelmed, trigger feelings of depression, anxiety and even feelings of not being enough. I also understand how important it is to have someone in your corner.
As a yoga-psychotherapist, my therapeutic approach focuses on healing the mind and body, something traditional therapy often overlooks. I understand that what happens in the mind happens in the body, and that change must occur in both to bring about true and lasting healing. My interventions include yoga, nutritional psychology, energy healing, meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
I look forward to guiding you on your journey to wellness and helping you gain the necessary skills to overcome challenges. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where together we can tackle the issues that hold you back from living the life you want to live.
I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, which include inpatient, outpatient and community settings. I’ve also been teaching yoga and coaching clients to wellness since 2013.

Just for fun
Someone recently asked me what I do in my free time. I laughed and said, “What free time?” As a mother of three active boys my life is very busy which is why I cherish every moment and make self-care and quiet time a top priority. I love yoga, and when I’m not teaching a class or workshop, I’m taking a class. I enjoy time in my edible garden, and as a budding herbalist I enjoy playing in my herbs making teas and tonics.
