At Joy360, we help women and BIPOC individuals feel better about their bodies, heal from past hurts, and create healthier relationships with food. Our team is made up of real, down-to-earth women who care about helping you find more joy and balance in your life by tuning into and honoring your body’s needs.
We take a whole-person approach, addressing your mind, body, and spirit. We use talk therapy, nutrition services, and mindfulness-based lifestyle and wellness coaching to treat the root causes of your concerns. This means you'll not only understand your emotions and triggers better, but you'll also learn new skills for using nutrition and food, to support your mental and physical health needs.
