As a licensed professional counselor, I am passionate about increasing self-awareness, teaching mindfulness techniques, and providing a safe space. My goal is to provide a warm and non-judgmental environment to allow clients to feel safe and supported. My desire is to meet you where you are in your life journey and assist you along the path to sufficiency, as each individual is the expert in his/her/their personal life experiences.
I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including CBT, trauma-informed therapy, DBT, person-centered, mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. I also offer brief coaching sessions focused on improving self-awareness and providing motivation/support when needed.
