I’ve been there and now you’re here. I’m Jordie a mother, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, friend and most importantly a dedicated therapist. I'm here to assist you if you are questioning whether or not you are a good mother or how to manage depression and anxiety after baby comes. Maybe you are a couple looking to improve your relationship. I'm here to assist you in exploring and helping you maintain your identity and to help you cope with your current life challenges.
I am passionate about maternal mental health and building and maintaining healthy relationships and marriages. I am a marriage and family therapist so I am trained to provide services for both individuals and family systems.
I believe in utilizing evidenced based practices and also using my natural ability to connect and provide services that are tailored to you in a safe non-judgemental environment.
