Hi, I'm Jordan. Helping clients prioritize their self care, establish healthy relationships and normalize their mental health and need for healing is my JAM. I specialize in improving intimacy by dismantling communication barriers and restoring trust and compassion. I have helped individuals and couples heal from emotional, mental and psychological wounds. I partner with my clients to help them explore their past, understand how it is impacting their present, and how to create the futures they desire. Through using a broad range of skills and techniques, such as challenging narratives, exploring relationship histories, and implementing boundaries, clients are able to release unhealthy patterns that keep them from having the relationships that they desire, with themselves and others.
