Description
So much is expected of us as Black women — strength, resilience, emotional labor, caregiving, and the ability to handle everything with grace. But who holds you? Who sees the woman behind the responsibilities?
At REVIVE 3•23, I support Black women who are navigating the weight of motherhood, identity shifts, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and the unspoken pressure to “be okay” even when you’re struggling inside.
You may be:
• Adjusting to motherhood (with toddlers, new babies, or postpartum changes)
• Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, or emotionally tapped out
• Managing guilt, shame, or the pressure to be “strong”
• Trying to balance work, family, and everything in between
• Feeling disconnected from yourself, your partner, or your purpose
• Grieving who you used to be while longing for who you’re becoming
You deserve a space where you can fall apart, be honest, feel seen, and rebuild without judgment. My approach is warm, culturally-attuned, faith-friendly, and focused on real, sustainable growth — not perfection.
We work together to help you reconnect with yourself, manage emotional overwhelm, improve communication and relationships, regain confidence, and feel grounded again.
You were never meant to do life alone.
Let’s walk this healing journey together — with honesty, compassion, and the space to finally exhale.
