Licensed Master Social Worker and an ICF Certified Life Coach with over nine years of experience in mental health services and life coaching with an emphasis on women and children. I received my Bachelor's of Social Work from the Unsinkable Albany State University and obtained my Master's of Social Work from Georgia State University. I received my certificate for life coaching from the Universal Coach Institute.
Out of my own experiences with womanhood and motherhood, I deeply engage in issues concerning mothers. I make sure that mothers feel heard and validated. I specialize in improving the social functioning of individuals by using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Goal setting. I offer a safe space full of support, healing, empowerment, encouragement, and love. I assist individuals to articulate their needs, clarify their problems, explore resolutions, and apply interventions to deal with their issues effectively. One of my missions is to make mental health acceptable and comfortable for the black community to heal our generations to come. With great enthusiasm, I am here to help you live the life you desire.
