I specialize in supporting BlPOC teens, young adults and women who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, school/college concerns, compassion fatigue and racial trauma. I utilize a variety of approaches including CBT, solution focused, acceptance and commitment AND mind-body and nature therapies to help you connect with your experiences more fully.
We can meet via telehealth or we can meet at a local park/trail while we engage in movement, mindfulness and therapy. I operate from a trauma informed, anti oppression and resilience lens, meaning that I understand that we are living under conditions and systems that create stress and trauma AND I believe that you have the power to work through hardships!
I offer a safe, brave and inclusive space for you to process your choices, feelings and needs with someone who will center, validate, accept and empathize with you.
