My goal is to create a compassionate & inclusive space to help my clients navigate through life. “We are more than the worst things we have done,” as stated in one of my favorite novels, Just Mercy. We are also more than the traumatic things that happen to us. My experience includes working with individuals across the lifespan who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and racial & cultural identity. I also often work with individuals dealing with challenges in love, dating, and marriage, or experiencing grief & loss. Child birth and parenthood can be life altering. As such, I’m very interested to work with individuals on matters of maternal and reproductive health— infertility, family building, pregnancy loss, new mothers, and post-partum.
My approach is trauma-informed, and I engage in evidence based-practices; also, integrating mindfulness, spirituality, and acceptance modalities.
My passion is helping black women & girls helping you move toward self-actualization, greater hope, and authenticity in a world with systemic barriers, and intentional exclusion.
I look forward to supporting and empowering you on your path to healing and growth.
