Healthy relationships take time to build, particularly in which healing can take place. This is the place where you can find the room and space to begin to heal the relationship with yourself and others. I highly value utilizing a relational approach to therapy, and value building a trusting collaboration with my clients in which we partner together in helping you to heal from unresolved past trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues and/or grief & loss. I find there’s no one size fits all approach and seek to connect to clients through increasing emotional intelligence and emotional regulation through mindfulness, boundary work, body-based and creative interventions. I offer individual and group therapy. I enjoy working with clients who are above all committed and willing to do the work by being honest and taking responsibility for the role they play in their lives.
