Description
I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel safe, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, challenges, and goals.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with self-doubt, navigating a difficult life transition, or working through the effects of past experiences, I am here to support you in finding healthier ways to cope and move toward the life you want to live.
One of my greatest passions is helping clients develop self-compassion. Many people are their own harshest critics, and together we can work on building a more understanding and supportive relationship with yourself. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
My approach is collaborative and draws from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also passionate about continuing to learn and grow as a clinician, including exploring somatic approaches that recognize the connection between the mind and body.
I value client feedback and view therapy as a partnership. Together, we can create a space where you feel empowered to gain insight, build coping skills, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
