I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, executive dysfunction, ADHD, and Autism. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to social justice and supporting members of the BIPOC community.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR. I am also dedicated to ongoing professional development and am currently focused on integrating somatic therapy techniques into my practice to better support my clients.
I utilize a holistic, trauma-informed approach designed to strengthen protective factors. In our work together, we will collaborate to recognize triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and effectively integrate these tools into your daily routine.
