I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy to Minnesota and Texas residents. I'm not a therapist who will simply listen and reply with "mhmm, and head nods". I work from a client centered approach, meaning I work collaboratively with you and join alongside you to support you in your efforts towards healing and growth.
With my 8 years of experience helping 300+ clients, my private practice primarily focuses on treating anxiety, depression, and life transitions through evidenced based interventions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems framework to help you identify and explore life's complexities that may be impacting your mental health.
I work with high functioning, ambitious women, struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions. My goal is to help you create and maintain a loving, accepting relationship with yourself. To help you find peace in simply being (instead of doing) in and out of the therapy office.
