Have you ever heard or created a dish called ""Healthy soulful dish""? Well, to start ,you will need 4 cups of mindfulness, 3 teaspoons of hope , 2 ½ cups of creativity, 1 cup of positivity, a pinch of patience, and mix it well for connection. Once you place the dish in the oven set to a good temperature for you, and allow it to bake for 60-90 min. After the session of the dish is over, allow the dish to settle, and process all that was created within it. This is the recipe that will lead to all that we desire in ourselves. This is Mindful Culinary Therapy.

I help and specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and families with communication, anxiety, depression, behavior management, and more! As much as I love to talk to individuals about how they are feeling, I am motivated and passionate about being interactive with clients when processing their thoughts and feelings. For many of us, it is hard to open up to strangers and express serious traumatic or even simple issues that we face daily, but what happens when we keep our minds busy, our hearts open., and stomachs full? Being able to express your thoughts and emotions in a more relaxed, creative, fun, and inspiring environment, gives a person more freedom to be able to become more vulnerable, comfortable, and at peace within themselves."
