Is life waiting for YOU to enter the chat? Are you sick of feeling like an outsider in your job, relationships, & even in your own body? You deserve more, & you can have it! Let's heal your trauma & get you (re)connected to your sense of desire, sexual agency, & sensual vitality. If you're a creative person who wants more than just talk therapy, or a survivor of sexual assault or childhood abuse (single or partnered), I'm here to help.

As a therapist, I support individuals, couples, and polycules to recover from the effects of trauma. Mine is a relational psychodynamic approach, combined with IFS, mindfulness, creative arts, and somatic interventions, aimed at helping you feel – in every sense of the word – so you are empowered to heal.

I work with people from all walks of life, including LGBTQIA+ and individuals from the global majority who experience marginalization. My approach is sex and body positive, and always (and in all ways) respectful of the intersectionality of identities. I work particularly well with artists and survivors of sexual trauma, single or partnered, who want to (re)connect with their sense of desire, sexual agency, and sensual vitality.

Imagine waking up confident and excited about your life, knowing what you want and going after it. Imagine you and your partner feeling genuinely excited to see each other, with ease replacing tension. Sex becomes a space where you feel safe, seen, and satisfied. You're no longer just surviving- you're thriving, growing together, and falling deeper in love with yourself.

Are you ready to go deep inside yourself or your relationship(s) to find you, anew? Book your consultation today.

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT131923) supervised by Megan Mansfield PsyD (PSY31497) at Ash & Blooms Holistic Psychotherapy.

Group Therapy Details

The Consen(t)sual processing group is designed to be an ongoing, closed group in which woman-identified participants, ages 21 or older, are supported in processing their experiences of consent ruptures of any kind and how these ruptures have impacted their sensual selves. Sessions help group members identify and explore disempowering relationship dynamics and core beliefs while moving toward stronger feelings of empowerment through somatic and sensual interventions. This trauma-informed group meets virtually, biweekly, and is capped at 8 participants.
