Description

Jessica Woods, LHMC-LP, provides individual and couples therapy. She incorporates a holistic approach and has expertise working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ABA Therapy, person centered and solution-based, trauma informed, and psychodynamic therapy. In addition, Jessica encourages and presents ways in which her clients are able to stay connected to their individuality, power, sexuality, feeling liberated, embracing failures, and centering on BIPOC communities.
She holistically looks into the mind, body, and spirit to help her clients heal. She embodies this through her love for cooking, being a creative, traveling, and experiences. Also as a trained nutritionist, working on her certification as a herbalist and yoga instructor her approach is to declutter and gain clarity to help clients from the inside and out. She works with young adults, adults, and teenagers.
