Jessica is an Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who works with individuals and families. She specializes in working with women around maternal mental health and motherhood. She also specializes in women's health including relationships and life adjustments. Jessica believes that everyone has the right to live their best lives through mental wellness. As a therapist, Jessica utilizes an array of therapeutic evidenced based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
