I specialize in struggles with social anxiety, boundary issues, depressive disorders, and grief and loss through the use of identify/trauma informed evidenced based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I use an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy to assist clients in identifying strengths and goals for improvement.
