I’m Jessica Minor, a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping high-achieving professionals navigate anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and the pressures of constantly showing up for others. In therapy, we’ll work together to unpack the stress, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and rediscover your voice and values. I use a collaborative, culturally affirming approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. I also offer a space where you don’t have to code-switch or explain your experiences because you can simply just be.
