**In response to COVID-19, I have moved to working with clients virtually**
**I am currently accepting new clients for individual therapy and group therapy.**
In the past few months, have you noticed that you have experienced several life changes? For example, the ending of a romantic or platonic relationship, moving to a new neighborhood/city/state/country, transitioning into a new job or transitioning into the workforce post college? Do these life changes feel overwhelming and bring a sense of discomfort?
This is understandable. It can be difficult to adjust from our “norm” to a new state of being. Often times, these new changes can feel like a loss. In sessions, we make space to grieve these losses, embrace the opportunities lingering in the unknown, and work to construct a life that is centered around wholeness, community, and self-care.
I primarily utilize narrative therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy during sessions. I also include creative outlets such as writing and music to assist the therapeutic process. Therapy is an empowering space, therefore my main goal as a therapist is to help you, help yourself.
Fees & Payment:
Empowered Therapy is in network with BCBS (PPO) and BCBS Blue Choice. Self pay is also accepted.
