Jessica Inglis is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R). She graduated from Fordham University in 2006 and with a B.A. in psychology in 1999. She has worked a school social worker for the last 6 years. She has over 16 years of experience working in many clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She is bilingual. She speaks English and Spanish.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative and established in openness, trust, honesty and humor. She is committed to offering a compassionate, safe and non judgmental space to work to help you feel empowered to live your most authentic life. She utilizes evidenced based treatment approaches that include Mindfulness based treatment, Cognitive Behavior therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, culturally sensitive person centered and strength based approaches.
