Description
As a medically retired Army Sergeant and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I understand the challenges of carrying invisible wounds—whether they stem from trauma, difficult life transitions, or personal struggles. Having faced my own journey of healing, I am passionate about supporting others, including fellow veterans, as they navigate their path to recovery, growth, and self-discovery.
With over 4 years of experience in clinical social work, my approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to each client’s unique journey. I specialize in helping individuals process trauma, manage anxiety and stress, and find their footing during major life changes. Whether you're seeking support in healing from past wounds, adjusting to a new chapter, or simply feeling stuck in your current situation, I create a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore your feelings, rebuild your strength, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost.
My therapeutic style is client-centered, meaning that our work together is led by your needs, goals, and pace. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about walking alongside you as you work toward healing and personal growth. I use a combination of trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process difficult emotions, improve coping strategies, and develop lasting tools for resilience.
As a therapist, my priority is to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and supported. You don’t have to show up as the version of yourself you "think" I want to see—just come as you are, and together, we’ll take it from there.
I’m here to help you heal from the inside out, and to guide you on your journey toward becoming the best version of yourself.
