The decision to start going to therapy is a powerful one that can be difficult for some to make. As a human that identifies as Black/Filipina, queer, millennial, and a survivor of childhood trauma, I know that decision isn't always easy. Therapy is the beginning of realizing the possibility of a more whole and fulfilled sense of self, and it is also the inception of achieving goals that can greatly improve your quality of life. That being said, making the decision to personally invest in an experience such as therapy is an important one!

I provide a deeply compassionate, non-judgmental space where you are free to discuss anything on your mind while collaborating on achieving personal goals and guiding you to be as empowered as you want to be. In other words, I’m meeting you where you're at, always keeping in mind a trauma-informed focus.

I have several years of experience working in mental health by providing therapy to adults, adolescents, and young children. I frequently inject humor and transparency in my work in order to make an individual feel safe in the room. Although my passion is in supporting people of color and queer/LGBTQ+ folks, I wholeheartedly welcome anyone struggling.
