Starting your mental health journey may feel overwhelming and intimidating, but you don't have to do it all on your own. If you’re experiencing a major life transition, you might feel afraid of what's coming next or that you'll miss what you're leaving behind. You might be struggling in your relationships, or consumed with anxious thoughts. I'm here to walk with you in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment as you navigate the challenges you're facing.
Your therapy sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs. I use a variety of methods where we address your thoughts, beliefs, and strengths to further understand your experiences and to give you skills to make effective changes. Together we’ll create a plan that helps you to feel empowered to develop and maintain your progress in your everyday life.
