Therapy can often feel like unfamiliar territory even when we know we need help. I provide a calm, safe, judgment-free zone. I meet the client where they are. I believe that what we think and feel can affect our everyday lives. In addition to that, our physical and spiritual wellbeing can also affect our mental health.
I practiced psychotherapy in New York before relocating to Texas and I am currently licensed in Texas as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) currently under clinical supervision and oversight. I’ve worked with couples learning to communicate and relate as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and past traumas. I’ve also worked with spouses of addicts who are learning to detach with love. I am also open to topics around gender identity and sexuality. My go-to modality for treatment is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re familiar with the process, I’m here to take that leap of faith with you!
