As a mental health therapist, I specialize in helping individuals learn how to love themselves and I’m passionate about helping you heal and grow. In our time together, my aim is to create a warm, safe space where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. With most of my experience in treating trauma, I've learned that talking about trauma isn't always the most helpful. I use a body-based approach that focuses on helping you connect to and express your emotions.
I understand how challenging it can be to face the wounds of trauma, anxiety, or low self-esteem, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work through the patterns of codependency and people-pleasing that may be holding you back, allowing you to embrace your true self and form loving, authentic connections with others.
