Are you anxious about becoming a mom or finding that postpartum life looks different than you imagined? Struggling with fertility challenges or feeling the weight of expectations? Do feelings of isolation, worry, or not measuring up keep you awake at night? Processing a difficult birth experience or balancing the emotional and physical demands of new motherhood?

You’re not alone! We understand because we've been there. Welcome to Nestling Sparrow! Our community is built with you in mind—a safe space to explore emotions, build resilience, and learn evidence-based skills to support your well-being. Let’s walk this journey together!

At Nestling Sparrow, we provide holistic, culturally responsive, client-centered perinatal mental health care, supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, loss, and postpartum. Our Master-level psychotherapists offer personalized individual, group, and faith-based therapy services. We use evidence-based approaches like CBT, trauma-informed care, and ACT.

You are not alone! At Nestling Sparrow, we understand that motherhood is a journey filled with beauty, joy, challenges, and everything in between. We know this because we’ve experienced it ourselves. It takes courage to reach out for support, and we’re here to stand by your side, guiding and supporting you every step of the way.

As a woman and mother, I empathize deeply with the profound, often unspoken challenges that accompany the perinatal period.

In my free time, I enjoy DIY projects and learning piano with my son.
