Hello, my name is Jennifer Lee Jackson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. I am also a licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I approach therapy with the intention of creating an egalitarian relationship in which we partner to achieve your mental health goals.
I am an eclectic therapist who uses CBT, DBT, couples, and Psychodynamic approaches often. I like to create an environment where I can utilize different theories and techniques to meet my clients where they are that day.
I often serve clients living with depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Excoriation Disorder, addiction, unhelpful thinking styles, low self-esteem, codependency, poor boundary setting, PMDD, and trauma.
