Description

Are you a young professional feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps? Maybe you're navigating a career transition, burnout, or the weight of expectations—your own or others'. For first- and second-generation immigrants, these challenges often come with added layers: balancing two cultures, navigating family expectations, and finding your authentic voice. If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I specialize in working with individuals ages 21 and up, with a focus on young adults, first-gen professionals, and those exploring racial, cultural, and personal identity. Whether you're wrestling with imposter syndrome, processing intergenerational pressure, or trying to define success on your own terms, I offer a safe, affirming space to help you reflect, heal, and grow.

My approach integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy, tailored to meet your unique needs. I also offer therapy through a faith-based lens for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual or religious beliefs into the therapeutic process.

In our work together, I bring cultural humility, deep empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and supported—as your full, complex self.

If you're looking for a therapist who understands the nuances of identity, ambition, faith, and transitions, I’d be honored to support you. Don't hesitate to reach out to see how we can work together!
