I will work with you to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected to begin developing coping strategies to enhance your self-compassion and confidence.
My counseling style is warm, interactive and direct. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion and creating a non-judgmental space free of stigmatizing labels. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all therapy which is why I use a variety of client-centered therapeutic interventions. It is important to be patient with yourself as you work toward your healing. Together we will celebrate every step forward and learn from all others.
