Description
At Perfectly Imperfect Counseling Services, I help women and teen girls who are balancing the weight of stress, anxiety, burnout, and the constant pressure to hold it all together. I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle multiple roles, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
I am licensed in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and the impacts of burnout and overwhelm. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and mind-body approaches that help you regulate emotions, build self-trust, and feel more grounded. Every session is trauma-informed and tailored to meet you where you are.
While I am the primary licensed clinician at Perfectly Imperfect, our practice also includes postgraduate and intern providers under my supervision who offer therapy at sliding scale rates for Georgia clients. This creates more access points to care, whether you’re seeking specialized therapy with me or a more affordable option within the practice.
No matter where you begin, Perfectly Imperfect is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll work to reduce overwhelm, strengthen your self-worth, and help you build a life that feels grounded, balanced, and authentically yours.
