I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help you build practical tools for daily life. I am also EMDR trained, which allows us to process deeper trauma and distress in a way that promotes healing and lasting change.
