As humans, building relationships is part of our lives and our past experiences often shape the ways we see ourselves and those around us. Having a healthy relationships can provide a sense of security when challenges arise. Using an anti-oppressive and client centered lens, I support individuals to work through challenges that include, building healthier relationships, everyday stressors, and healing from traumatic experiences.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions such as mindfulness techniques, family systems analysis, motivational interviewing, and many more depending on the needs of the individual.
