I believe that everything we need to live a healthy fulfilling life in mind, body, and spirit is available to all of us through each other and through the provisions of our earth.
I have the education, heart and experience to be a vessel of healing. The services I provide in my mission to help others in the healing process is more than a job or career. It is my life's work; my purpose on this earth.
My 16 years of experience in the field of mental health includes work with individuals, couples and families. My training and experience includes but is not limited to working with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress related issues, grief and loss. I have a Bachelors degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Chapman University and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. In addition to my formal education in mental health, I have studied Reiki and plant medicine. My studies in Reiki have led to my becoming a Reiki Master. I consistently seek and obtain more knowledge in natural healing methods and incorporate them in my practice as applicable for each and every person I am privileged to encounter in my practice.
