Seeking therapy is an strength that many overlook. Being in a place in which you want support to see changes in how you cope and adjust to struggles in life, shows strength. As you work to navigate life, to find out who you want to be in this world, or what is in the way of discovering your purpose, it can be exhausting. I work in therapy to support individuals with better managing anxiety, low self esteem, and I provide a space for you to have a voice. I support you with developing a greater sense of self by using strength building techniques, and a systemic viewpoint
During my years of providing therapy services , I have developed a passion for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety related to struggles with adjustment from youth to adulthood and those facing other difficult life transitions. I also enjoy working w/ students in college to explore the many difficulties this transitional time could bring in one's life
