Jazmine specializes in Anxiety, Stress Management, Self Esteem, Life Purpose, Communication Problems, Forgiveness and Mindfulness. She acknowledges that we are all unique and utilizes a Humanistic and Mindfulness-Based Existential Theoretical Approach that will meet each of her clients wherever they are. Jazmine is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas that completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelors in Human Services.
Jazmine is passionate about working specifically with black women to help them heal from trauma, discover their authentic self, and find meaning and purpose in their lives. She is also a Registered Yoga teacher and offers the option to incorporate meditation and yoga in therapy.
Jazmine believes that we have the capability to take control of our lives, and heal from trauma in a holistic way. With her genuine guidance, counseling can be a process of self exploration, and an opportunity for you to gain confidence and inner peace.
