Hello, I am excited you are taking this step! I believe everyone is an expert of their individual life; However, it may help in some instances to have a sounding board. Oftentimes it can be hard to find a neutral person who will listen . This is where I would like to come in, I will be there to listen, assist and support you through finding the inner strength you need to make the changes you wish to see. I offer individualized treatment from a holistic approach while working from culturally competent and strength based perspectives. I utilize a blend of therapy techniques that include but are not limited to solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy and crisis-oriented therapy. Remember making the first step is always the hardest but I am here to make the rest just a little easier.
