I believe therapy can be for anyone. I provide a nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself while navigating your concerns on your path to growth and change. Common issues that my clients face are overwhelming emotions, ongoing relationship conflict, crippling stress and anxiety, and difficulty navigating past traumatic experiences.
I have a warm and direct approach and teach practical tools to help you find relief, decrease emotional distress, and create the life you want to live. I also aim to help my clients gain a greater sense of self-awareness, creating stronger and more enriching connections with others. I teach couples who experiencing conflict to use their vulnerabilities as strengths and teach communication strategies to break down barriers and strengthen their partnership.
While I am trained in various approaches to therapy (i.e., CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy), I focus on each person's uniqueness and tailor therapy to meet your specific goals.
