Therapy can be for anyone. I enjoy helping people who are having difficulties managing stress and anxiety, overwhelming emotions, life transitions, and other circumstances that call for learning new ways of coping. Maybe you just need someone to talk to. I am here to help you navigate your specific challenges. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy in-person and online. Please note that I am only licensed to provide telehealth services to clients located in California.
I offer a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where I help my clients gain a greater sense of self-awareness, creating stronger and more enriching connections with others. I teach couples in conflict how to use their vulnerabilities as strengths and teach communication strategies that coincide with each partner’s specific love language(s) and needs.
While I am trained in various approaches to therapy (i.e., CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy), I focus on each person's uniqueness and tailor therapy to your specific goals. Together, we will identify self-limiting beliefs and facilitate desired changes. I believe that therapy can be enlightening and empowering and it is an opportunity for my clients to get to a place of thriving.
