Jasmine Jones has been leading teens, adults, and families of every gender expression and sexual orientation through building an authentic view and ownership of self since 2011. She focuses on providing clients who have experienced chronic ptsd due to relationship and/or childhood abuse a safe space to express themselves after surviving painful life events.
Jasmine utilizes dialectical behavioral techniques to work with clients on building a stronger and whole view of self after being fragmented due to trauma. The therapeutic space will help clients learn to let go of shame concerning their emotions, build assertiveness and boundaries, and to embrace every emotional expression in a mindful way.
