I specialize in working with people who feel like they are stuck due to past experiences of trauma or loss. When we lose people who are close to us, trust in our relationships or even faith in ourselves it can become difficult to find hope in the future. This includes working with women that have high demand schedules and experience the pain of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them build trust in themselves and in their relationships. I am also the creator and facilitator of the only women’s support group in the Chicagoland area that helps women cope with pain after an affair. By serving overworked women, infidelity within couples and perfectionist teenage girls, Catalyst Counseling aims to strengthen the community by focusing on the dynamics of the family and helping them to overcome the internal barriers that hold them back so they can recognize that the past does not write their future.
