I work with those who are tired of feeling stuck and repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Do you feel like you always have to be on? Are you going through a life transition? We have all been there. During individual therapy sessions, you and I will work together to identify problems and patterns, address blind spots, and find solutions to life's obstacles. My clinical approach is direct and nonjudgmental, and offers both compassion and encouragement. You can expect for me to be fully engaged with you during session, and there are no topics that are off limits.
I offer individual and couples sessions, which involve learning and implementing new problem solving strategies, exploring life patterns and coping skills, and gaining a better sense of how your environment may be impacting you. I also offer Christian counseling which combines knowledge of human behavior with wisdom and insight from the Bible.
