Hello there! My name is Janique. You can also call me “Jan”. I am the founder/CEO of 360 Direct Care LLC, providing tele-psychiatry services for adults ages 18 years old and up within the state of Florida.
Is it difficult finding a provider that you are able to build a connection with or are you having bad experiences with providers who are unreliable?
Being a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I know that those relationships you build are so important. I will work very closely with you to build an individualize treatment approach, that will help you to create a balance in your life. I have extensive experience in medication management for many mental health concerns. I am here to advocate, guide, educate, support, mentor and empower you every step of the way so that you can accomplish your goals.
Together, we can build a treatment plan and develop goals that will help to address the needs of your mind, body and soul in a timely manner. I will also follow up with you as needed to ensure that we are managing your mental health concerns at an optimal level.
With my use of evidence based practice, knowledge, experience and my passion for this field, we will overcome your obstacles. Your safety is also my priority. You deserve a safe place to heal and thrive amid a lot of things that were beyond your control.
