Every day, I sit with high achievers who encounter difficulties in maintaining healthy relationships and a robust sex life. These persons often desire to have their feelings heard and validated, their strengths affirmed, and the roots of their difficulties addressed as they are spurred on to build meaningful social connections and maximize their life experiences.
To be human is to be in a complex relationship with self and others. My focus is on supporting you through the relationship ruptures and sexuality disturbances that will inevitably come your way. Together we can turn relationship ruptures into relationship healing and sexuality disturbances into sexual fulfillment as you learn to face life’s inevitable challenges brought on by life transitions, stress, poor nutrition, physical and mental health issues, relationship concerns, challenges with role shifts due to aging parents, and phases of life changes.
Your concerns are handled with care through a warm and healthy therapeutic alliance in an environment that is designed to be emotionally safe and intentionally sex positive. My approach considers intersecting identities, areas of privilege, subjugation in marginalized communities, and the unique challenges of first-generation immigrants and professionals.
As a holistic and inclusive therapist, I value internal harmony, curiosity, autonomy, learning, growth, and stability. I affirm all orientations, lifestyle, beliefs, and relationship styles. Supporting you would look like conducting an intake, building rapport, setting therapeutic goals, conducting assessments, and then developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

I treat individuals, mother/daughter dyads, couples, and consensually non-monogamous partners ranging from 17 years of age and up.
