As a therapist, I value being able to hold a safe space for individuals to “heal and feel”, while supporting them through uncomfortable change. I enjoy and have experience collaborating with young and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relational trauma, grief and loss, self esteem issues and those simply having a hard time adjusting to life changes.
I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Motivational Enhancement therapy, Strengths based therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
