Have you been struggling with communication issues with loved ones or on the job? I have been I believe that counseling is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and your relationships. Life is so hectic and demanding these days that it’s easy to feel disconnected from your relationships and the life you dream of having.

Deciding to begin therapy can be a difficult choice. It is my goal to build a strong connection with each individual I work with so that they feel comfortable and can fully benefit from the therapeutic process. I use a collaborative and supportive approach allows clients to draw on their strengths to overcome obstacles and make positive changes in their lives. What works for one person doesn’t always work for another. I tailor my approach to fit each client, and I utilize evidenced-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
