I am a Licensed professional counselor and Life Coach that focuses on helping others, particularly women of color re-vamp and re-design their lives. Many of us have longed for a change to miraculously happen in our lives, however we often lack the tools to create or maintain it.
I am knowledgeable with over 7 years of experience helping others create and maintain healthy relationships, overcome negative cycles, navigate difficult life changes, understand their purpose, as well as set realistic goals. My passion is assisting women seeking to improve their emotional wellness through self-reflection and exploration. There comes a point where we need assistance bringing lost dreams into fruition. Together, you will develop new communication strategies, find healthier coping skills, and more effective ways to resolve conflict. It is my goal to help you identify changes that need to be made, become empowered, and motivated to live life your life to the fullest.
